. This is a 1500 acre, high fenced ranch in Frio County. It is approximately 55 miles southwest of the San Antonio airport on Hwy 140 at Frio Town, Texas. The ranch is known for exceptional, record book quality, exotic game as a result of several years of intensive management involving feed programs and habitat improvement. . Axis and fallow deer abound, sika, blackbuck, oryx and numerous other exotics seem to be around every corner. . Spring turkey is also an option here, and the gobbler numbers can be outstanding at times. It is consistently good in the spring. . 
The accommodations are not extra fancy on this ranch, but they are more than adequate. A large, communal type bedroom sleeps 8, has two bathrooms, and sits in a quiet, comfortable lodge. There is also a cozy living area with big screen satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a nice fire ring area for evening relaxing and story swapping. A walk-in cooler is on site for temporary game storage. . OR, arrangements can be made for you to stay at the local motel; only 15 minutes away. . Guide fee is $100 per hunter per day for 2 on 1 service. It is $150 per day for 1 on 1 guide service. Lodging is $65 per night per person. Food is an additional $35 per person per day. This place is really loaded with quality game so many exotic hunts are done in less than a day. After you shoot something, a harvest fee is due as follows:
