Name of ranch = name to be used on carcass tags from hunting licenses. also include name to be used in advertising if different.

Ranch size = the huntable portion of the ranch in acres.
Location = county or counties in which ranch is principally located, and name, direction to and distance in miles of closest town.
Lodging description = the building style, such as block, old ranch house or single-wide trailer. Also the level of furnishings, such as bare, nice or luxurious. How many people per bedroom. Is there a/c, heat, showers. Are facilities handicap accessable?
Amenities = things like; walk-in cooler, lighted skeet range, rifle range, ice machine, gathering room with big screen, satellite TV, VCR, jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, billards table, etc.
Food = is food provided, if yes, is it cooked for you? What style of food is it, like camp style, home-cooked style, southwestern style or gourmet? If no food provided, is cookware or eating utensils provided? Is there even a kitchen? Get the idea?? Also; is there an open bar policy, or any other alcoholic beverage policy in place?
Other services provided = things like; airport pick up & delivery, gutting, skinning, quartering of game, icing down for transport, taxidermy, 1 on 1 in field guide service or 2 on 1 service, semi-guided only, map only, blinds and/or feeders? If there is blinds, ...how many people big? ...handicap access?
Other services available and cost = stuff above if not included, plus things like; limo rides to the field, exotic dancers, massages, trips to Mexico ...
Game included = maximum # and species of animals (game and non-game) allowed at the basic hunt cost. Also, is there fishing? ..catch and keep or catch and release? .what species available?
Other game available and cost = exactly what it says! -attach a price list if one is available!
Length of basic hunt = how many days? ...how many nights? ...starts at what time on day one? ...ends at what time on last day?
Add days = can a person add more days? AND, how much per added day?
Min # days = Is there a minimum number of days that a hunter must pay for?
Dates available = when can we currently book hunts?
Hunt methods allowed = things like; from vehicle, from blinds provided, from hunter’s blinds, night hunting, still hunting, etc.
Restrictions = hunt types specifically NOT allowed like walking, pushes, party hunting, etc. Other activities NOT allowed like staying out of certain areas, no drinking alcoholic beverages before or during hunts, no loaded guns in camp, hunters must sign additional liability release, no outside corn, food, drinks to be brought onto ranch, etc.
Min # hunters = Is there a minimum number of hunters required for this hunt?
Pricing = What is the cost of the basic hunt?
Non-hunters = Are they allowed and at what cost if allowed?
Father/son or other discounts = Are any offerred and how do they get it, how much is the discount, and do discounted hunters still count toward the minimum # of hunters if there is one?
Liability Forms = Which liability release form or forms would you like us to use? Yours, ours, or both if we are actually running the hunts? Ours is shown on-line via the link in our policy statements or at http://www.hunting-in-texas.com/liability.htm
Notes = Any additional information that should be given to the hunters or that they may ask, like; average size of game taken, success ratio, special conditions of which they need to be aware, etc.
