Full Service Hog Hunt in South Texas! .You can go on this hunt anytime room is available for up to one year after purchase, BUT, all hunts must be booked before July 01, 2009, and deposit must be received before July 10. . The normal price of this hunt is $750 per person. Due to the repressed economy, we have temporarily reduced the price to just $600 per person (there is a 2 person minimum to book this hunt). This hunt is 3 days and 2 nights long, from 1 p.m. on the first day, to 11 a.m. on the third day, and includes all of the following: Lodging with maid service, meals and drinks in a VERY NICE lodging complex; Use of all facilities (lighted skeet range, rifle and .22 ranges, archery targets, covered entertainment deck, big screen satellite TV on deck, billiard's room, washer toss boards, card tables, open bar for evening entertainment, outside fire ring and stocked fishing ponds for catch and release bass fishing); Two feral hogs of any size or either sex; Gutting, skinning and quartering of any hogs taken, even basic processing into steaks, roasts, chops, ribs and ground meat, labeled and vacuum packed, of any hog taken on the first night or first morning of the hunt; Unlimited harvest of any varmints seen; On ranch transportation, semi-guided. . Wallhanger Whitetail Bucks . We have permission to run . NOTE: This "Wallhanger hunt" is NOT an unlimited hunt. In other words, unless there are mitigating circumstances, like the 145 inch 10 point mentioned above, you may not take a huge deer if one shows up. We are targeting primarily old, 8 and 9 point deer on this hunt. If you want a "Trophy Hunt", we have only 2 slots available at this ranch. The price is $500 per day (3 day minimum) plus $100 an inch for every inch over 100 B&C gross inches. That hunt targets animals over 150 inches. . The hunts will be fully guided at a one hunter per guide rate. After you take your buck, you may also take two does. Hogs and varmints will also be allowed. The does and varmints are no charge. The hogs are just $100 each, any size. There are some BIG ONES out there if you want a trophy, and lots of small and medium hogs perfect for eating. For those who care about such things, this is NOT technically a high fence ranch. Part of the perimeter has been fenced by the neighbors, but about 1/3 of the sides remain open. The price for this hunt is only $2495 each person and includes lodging and basic meals (lodge is Plain Jane, but it'll keep the rain and sun, heat and cold off you). It also includes on ranch transportation and full guide service. There is a minimum of two hunters required to book a trip. . Whitetail Doe Reduction Hunt! SORRY, SOLD OUT! . Just got permission to sell 10 of these hunts! It will be 3 days and 2 nights, with basic meals and lodging, on ranch transportation and two does included for just $595 a hunter. You may take a third doe for an added $200. You may take any and all varmints and hogs that you see as well; no extra charge. NOTE: Bobcat are NOT considered varmints and there is a $200 each harvest fee on them. Varmints are; coyote, raccoon, skunk, opossum, civet, ringtail and rattlesnakes. Hogs come and go on this ranch. You might see several or none at all. Most likely, none at all. Javelina are NOT hogs and there is a $200 each harvest fee on them. State law limits you to 2 a year. This is the way to load up the freezer and maybe even get the kid's or wife out on a shoot 'em up type hunt. This hunt will take place on 1500 acres in the Hill Country of Texas, near the city of Junction. There is an estimated 350 plus whitetails on this place, plus exotics and some varmints. This hunt is for one OR two people at a time. It will be fully guided, out of comfortable blinds, overlooking feeders and food plots. The one or two people together will take the first five animals that show up on our "hit list" (that's 5 total, NOT EACH). The hit list consists of; dry whitetail doe deer, spike whitetail bucks, older whitetail bucks with way undersized antlers, and feral hogs. Hogs are very rare, but we do see one every now and again. I would plan on a least 4 of the 5 animals being whitetail deer. You may take unlimited coyotes and other varmints after the first 5 animals, or shoot more of the "hit list" critters for just $200 each. . The price of this hunt package is usually $1500 for a pair of hunters (that's total, NOT EACH), but for this special, which will be to the first 10 pairs of hunters that sign up and get me a deposit, it will be Just $1200 TOTAL, NOT EACH! A single hunter may buy a full package for just $1000 total. Again, that's TOTAL, NOT EACH FOR THAT PAIR! The hunt may last up to 2 full days, or 1 full day and two half days (like Friday afternoon to Sunday midday). You also get 2 night's of lodging in the on ranch hunter's cabin (no meals provided). You must gut, skin and quarter your own animals, or we can do it for an added $30 per animal. There is on ranch cold storage for you to use, but bring a big ice chest or two for transporting game home. . Would you rather shoot axis deer? It's only an extra $75 to take an axis doe in place of one of the whitetails, OR book an all axis package for a total extra of just $250. . There will also be the in-field option of shooting management class whitetails and exotics for an extra charge, and there are a limited number of trophy animals available, as well. Each of these management and trophy animals are priced on a case by case basis. A nice management buck will run about $1650, but that class of buck could run anywhere from $950 to $2500 depending on antler size and conformation.
