This high fenced, 400 acre,
dove, deer and hog hunting ranch is in Medina County, approximately 50
miles southwest of the San Antonio airport near the small town of Devine,
Texas (click here for general map). This ranch employs
intensive habitat management involving irrigated food plots, year round
feed programs and native habitat improvement. That keeps the dove
numbers very high, the deer numbers solid, and also attracts a lot of night
time visits from the local pig population.

You can get a motel room
in Devine, about 10 minutes drive away, OR, the accommodations are
nice at the on ranch lodge. It can sleep up to 8 people in two bedrooms
and on two futons in the living room. There is also a 20 x 65 patio with
a fire ring for evening story telling, two barbecue pits, propane fish
fryer, fully equipped kitchen, a bath and a half, and satellite TV.
A stocked fishing pond is right next to the lodge for catch and release
bass and catfish. There is a covered game cleaning area and a walk-in cooler
for after you harvest your animals.

Dove Hunting
$85 per person per calendar day (10 persons or more)
$100 per person per calendar day ( 5 to 9 persons)

Deer/ Hog Hunting
$125 per person per calendar day
(2 day minimum for deer/hog)

Harvest Fees
None on doves (legal limits strictly enforced)
None on any varmints seen (coyotes and raccoons mainly)
$125 per whitetail doe
$125 per antler point for management bucks
$75 per meat hog (up to 150 pounds)
$200 per trophy hog (over 150 pounds)

Lodging Fees
$200 per night flat rate for one to eight guests (NOT each person)
There is a two night minimum to reserve the cabin
Bedding and towels are NOT provided; please bring your own
Bring disposable serving ware (paper plates and such)
Bring charcoal and lighter fluid if using the barbecue pit
Propane IS provided with the fish fryer
Firewood IS provided for the fire pit

Other Options and Notes
Deer hunts are all fully guided. A tip (if you feel one is earned)
is not included in the day fee
You can clean your game, or opt for us to do it at $40 per animal;
that is gutted, skinned and quartered, then placed into your ice
chest on your ice
No littering of any kind. Be prepared to take ALL of your trash
with you when you leave
NO ATV's. NO off road driving except to recover downed game
