Ranch size: 5000 acres (actually several ranches real close together)
Counties: Zavala & Dimmit
Lodging: on level with good motels.
Amenities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, covered patio, open patio, fire ring,
          lighted skeet range, rifle range, game room with big screen
          satellite TV, billiards room, walk-in cooler, ice machine.
Food: southwest and home style provided and cooked for you.
Other services provided: Baiting of area is done for you, otherwise
          semi-guided (take you to and from pre-scouted, private hunting
          area where a blind and feeder has been placed for you.
Other services available: Experienced turkey caller is $125 a day extra.
          Airport shuttle at Carrizo Springs is free; San Antonio shuttle is
          $150 per vehicle. A non-hunter can come along for $125 a night.
          Mexico trips can be arranged also WITH NOTICE! Game care,
          including full processing facility.
Game included: 1 turkey gobbler, and all the varmints you see, please!
          Also has catch and release bass fishing in stocked ponds!
Other game available: 1 extra turkey at $200, 2 hogs @ $100 each,
          plus exotics at a competitive harvest rate.
Length of basic hunt: 3 days/2 nights starting at noon on the first and
          ending at noon on the third (two full days of hunting). Extra days
          are available at $250 ea.
Hunt methods allowed: blind hunting or calling in your assigned area.
Restrictions: night hunting allowed only for hogs and in limited areas
          and only with ranch guide present (tip them as this is their normal
          off-time). No off-road driving except to retrieve game. No littering.
NOTES: good chance of harvest here. My personally guided hunts have yielded nearly 100% opportunity for the last 4 years running. Also, this is just a super comfortable place to go. It is my personal favorite place to work because the overall hunt experience is hard, Hard, HARD to beat!

          Local transportation at extra cost.
Game included: 1 turkey gobbler or 1 hog, and all the varmints
          you see, please! Also has catch and release bass/cat fishing.
Other game available: 1 extra turkey at $100, any extra hogs @ $50 ea.

NOTES: lots of turkey and a decent hog population. PRICING IS
         BASED ON TWO HUNTERS WITH ONE GUIDE. One on one
         guide service, or just one hunter in the party is o.k., but it is $200

Turkeys in Texas gobble from February to May. Turkey hunting season in Texas runs from the end of March to the second weekend in May.
